Our customer’s satisfaction is of most importance to us so we will always remain transparent throughout the process

1. Work and Quotes, All work will be carried out as described in the agreed quote. Extra work or materials not included in the quote will be agreed with the customer before starting. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

2. Materials, Materials supplied by SL Leak Plumbing LTD will be good quality and fit for purpose. If the customer provides materials, we are not responsible for defects or delays caused by them.

3. Payment, Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. Deposits may be requested for larger jobs.

4. Cancellations, Cancellations within 48 hours of the start date may incur charges for materials purchased or time lost.

5. Workmanship & Guarantee, All labour is guaranteed for 12 months for workmanship defects. This does not cover misuse, third-party interference, or normal wear and tear.

6. Property & Liability, We take care to avoid damage but are not liable for minor marks or scratches to existing surfaces. Public liability insurance covers up to £5,000,000. Liability is limited to the total job value unless required by law.

7. Customer Responsibilities, Customers must provide clear access, ensure work areas are safe, and make utilities (water, gas, electricity) available

If not satisfied, notify us within 7 days. We will inspect and make reasonable efforts to resolve issues before any compensation is considered.
